Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we consider the order fulfilled.

Third-Party Shipping / Freight Forwarders

We are not responsible or liable for packages delivered to third-party shipping companies, freight forwarders, reshippers, or package consolidation services. If a customer chooses to use a third-party shipping provider, responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the forwarding address.

Any loss, damage, delay, or missing items that occur after delivery to a third-party shipping provider are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the forwarding company.

We reserve the right to deny claims, refunds, or chargeback disputes for orders successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, including third-party shipping facilities.

International Orders

Customers who use freight forwarders or third-party reshipping services for international delivery do so at their own risk. We do not provide replacements or refunds for orders that are lost, damaged, or mishandled after delivery to the forwarding address.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Mexico

 

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
